§ 13. Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

The Company will provide to the City energy efficiency materials and rebate forms for display in the building permit department and other City departments as requested by the City. The Company will participate in neighborhood and community events, when possible, and upon a request from the City or neighborhood organization, to encourage City residents to utilize the Company's energy efficiency programs.
