§ 25. Franchise Fee In Lieu of Other Payments.

The franchise fee shall be the only fee paid by Company to the City related to the use of City's right-of-way, streets, avenues, alleys and public ways in the said City. Specifically the franchise fee is in lieu of any permit charges associated with any ordinance or other requirement related to excavations in the public right of way.
