Chapter 17. 17TH STREET N.E. URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA

§ 17.01. PURPOSE.

Following a public hearing conducted by the City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa on February 19, 1992, with notice given pursuant to and in accordance with Iowa Code Section 404.2(3)(1991), this chapter approves and adopts the proposed 17th Street N.E. Urban Revitalization Plan, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and by this reference specifically make a part of this chapter, thereby establishing the 17th Street N.E. Urban Revitalization Area for the abatement of taxes derived from qualified improvements in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 404, Code of Iowa.
