§ 61.047. APPROACHING OR ENTERING INTERSECTION.

Where 2 vehicles are approaching on any street so that their paths will intersect and there is danger of collision, the driver of the vehicle approaching the other from the right shall have the right-of-way, and the driver of the vehicle approaching the other from the left shall yield the right-of-way, slowing down or stopping if need be to so yield, except as otherwise provided by the laws of Iowa and by this chapter.
