§ 61.053. PEDESTRIANS SUBJECT TO SIGNALS.

Pedestrians shall be subjected to traffic-control signals at intersections as hereinabove set forth in this chapter, but at all other places pedestrians shall be accorded their privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions hereinafter set forth.
