§ 61.106A. MONTHLY PARKING.

Monthly parkers must have a valid hangtag permit properly displayed for their vehicle to be exempt from parking violations. If a monthly parker does not have a valid hangtag permit properly displayed and their vehicle is parked in a space, lot or ramp where monthly parking has been established by resolution of the City Council pursuant to section 61.106 of this Code or in a parking space adjacent to an expired parking meter in violation of section 61.107 of this Code, the vehicle shall be illegally parked and subject to a citation and the penalty provided for parking meter violations in sections 61.107 and 61.110 of this chapter.
