§ 61.112. EFFECT OF METER REGULATIONS.

The parking meter provisions of this chapter shall be construed as a supplement to other provisions of this chapter regulating traffic, parking and use of the streets. Any other provisions restricting or prohibiting parking independent of time limits shall not be affected by the parking meter regulations.
