§ 61.121. WEIGHING VEHICLES IN TRANSIT.

The Police Department may stop any vehicle loaded with any commodity, and compel the person having charge of the same to bring the load to a scale designated by the department, and have the same weighed for the purpose of determining the weight of the load being carried.
