§ 63.14. HORSEBACK RIDING.

  • (a)

    No person shall ride any horse or pony on any of the streets, bridle paths or thoroughfares within the city at an extended canter or run.

    (b)

    No person shall ride any horse or pony on any of the streets, bridle paths or thoroughfares within the city at any other pace than a walk after dark.

    (c)

    No person shall ride any horse or pony on any public property not dedicated for roadway or bridle path purposes or upon any private property without the permission of the owner thereon.

    (d)

    When any group consisting of more than 2 persons are riding together on any street or public thoroughfare within the city they shall ride not more than 2 abreast and after dark they shall ride single file.
